Shannon O’Boyle

Shannon O’Boyle

Growing up in Houston as the daughter of a police officer, Shannon O’Boyle’s appreciation for the police grew from a young age. As a child, she was proud of her father knowing that he was brave and the work he did to protect their community was honorable.

Shannon relocated from Houston to Kansas City’s Waldo/Brookside area over twenty years ago and has watched the city grow and prosper. She and her husband have raised three children here and are proud to call Kansas City home. Shannon’s admiration for police and gratitude for how they serve our city grows as she sees the challenges our city officials place on them.
